Return Policy
At Nature Essentials, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with our products, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, personal care products and essential oils cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
3. Shipping Costs and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, either to the bank account provided by the buyer or via another method agreed upon.

The refunded amount will include only the value of the product, excluding initial shipping costs.
In the case of defective or damaged products, Nature Essentials will cover the shipping costs.
4. Return Process

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for another of the same type, please contact us to check availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace the product or issue a full refund and cover the shipping costs.
7. Exceptions
Promotional items and products purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
