Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped and delivered to you via express courier.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• The shipping fee is 20 RON for express courier, with an estimated delivery time of 24–48 hours.

• To avoid any confusion, shipping costs are added at checkout.

• For orders over 300 RON, shipping is free.

• Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

If a parcel arrives with damaged packaging or appears to have been opened, please refuse to accept it.
