● Use clean tap water at room temperature. Make sure the water level does not exceed the maximum level line.

● Add 5-12 drops of dōTERRA essential oils. If you want a more intense scent, you can add more drops. Experiment with different amounts of oil to find the ideal amount for you.

Cleaning is a necessary step to ensure that oil deposits do not form on the device, which would prevent it from working properly. Periodically, it's a good idea to run a speaker cleaning cycle. If you use the device daily, it is good to perform a cleaning cycle once a month. For this, proceed as follows:

1. Half fill the diffuser with clean water.
2. Add 10 drops of white vinegar.
3. Leave the diffuser running for about 5 minutes to allow the water and vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the appliance and clean it.
4. Completely drain the water from the diffuser.
5. Using a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, clean hard-to-reach places and corners of the diffuser.
6. Rinse with clean water.
7. Use a dry cloth to wipe the speaker until it is completely dry.
